I've got a heavier spring on it's way to my house. I've got a Rock Shox Pro Deluxe rear shock. Removing the rebound adjuster thingy is no problem. How do you remove those peg looking things that the bushings fit on?

I would use two different diameter sockets. The goal is to press the shaft through the shock in a bench vice, doing the least amount of damage.

The socket thing worked real well. I used a flat punch to work it the rest of the way out.
