i have 4/4,s 1 2/10 and lots of small stuff.and can spend about 20$ (i know thats not much $) and i want it to be about 2ft tall.and not real steep. anyone got any ideas?

1 2/10 (maybe a space was added by mistake should be 12/10)= 1.2
$20=$20
and you want to build a not too steep ramp about 2 high. I say stack the 1 on top of the 1.2 so you have about 2.2, crease the $20 lengthwise and unfold it to about a 120 deg angle, prop it up on the 2.2 and you'll have a ramp.
yea you can do it. I've done it all my life. Just don't take any of their new unused wood and they usually don't mind. Then all thats left to buy is screws and bolts possibly.
