Title is self explanatory. I have an idea on how to do but with my incompetance when it come to working on my bike and my steady diet of retard  sandwiches has me in need of some help. Also, would I change the oil in a 2003 Jr. T the same way since they both need to be changed. Or a link to where I can find step by step instructions would be great as well.

Just Google it. Its as easy, or easier than it seems.

FYI: New Marz forks don't have internal retainer clips anymore. When you take of the bottom or top bolts/c-clips, the whole fork is free to come apart.

Take the top caps off, take everything out. Compress the fork. Fill the fork with 7.5wt (or 10 if you want it to be a little slower, but don’t put any heavier) to the specified distance from the top of the stanchion. Put everything back in. Uncompress the fork and put the caps back on.

If you are really that mechanically incompetent take it to a bike shop.

If you really want to get thorough, cycle some dliuted Bio degreaser through the carts. I like Pedro's b/c it is not as caustic as many others. Its good to do a good scrubbing to get rid of all the junk.
Use an air compressor to dry everything, or air dry. If you air dry, putting a thin layer of oil on everything might not be a bad idea. I supposse you could even dry everything with a hair drier.
