I'm rebuilding my pump track and adding some features to my "mini DH" trail. As odd as it sounds, I ran out of dirt, and for some reason the wife won't let me dig up the front yard. My question is this, have you guys gotten dirt cheap or free somehow? Like talking to a construction site manager or similar? I'm in need of several truck loads. Before I spend time calling around, I thought that I would ask you guys.

Thanks,
Brian

If you live where a dump-truck passing by can see it, put out a sign that says 'fill dirt wanted'. Chances are, your yard is closer/faster than their actual dump spot, and they'll be stoked to get things done quicker by dumping it in your yard. Careful though, dump trucks are huge and they'll rip it all up.
