Use your mouth maybe?:D
I had the same problem with the negative chamber on my Carbon, ended up using my trusty Leatherman to get 'er off of there. Maybe use pliers with rubber between them and the cap?

Got it. thanks

Got it put on the bike because i don't have the right tools(yet) and didn't want to waste a few hundred dollars. Got it home and it wouldn't hold any air in the negative air chamber. Called RS and they told me to take it to the LBS for a New Valve Core(whatever that is). Went to work came home, the LBS called and said it was a busted seal and that i can pick it up tomorrow.
