forgot... not laceration... sliced off a dime sized area, so...?Wrap with gauze and apply pressure for a while. It'll clot up.
doing that with iceJust wrap it and hold it over your head for a while...
Didja eat it? I know I would.forgot... not laceration... sliced off a dime sized area, so...?

thought of thatCauterize it yourself!..
When I almost sliced off the side of my thumb with an industrial razor knife I actually wrapped it in a paper towel and duct tape. Worked really well.2 words......Duct tape
Direct pressure, elevation, stop moving and lower your heart rate, apply pressure to the artery on the inside of your upper arm to reduce blood pressure in that hand.
Chili powder is so much more entertaining. My grandmother used to tell me to put my finger in flour and then apply pressure over my head whilst relaxing/sitting down.
I've superglued myself back together a few times, I'm a bleeder. I tight bandaid will do wonders for a cut finger. How long has it been bleeding? If direct pressure isn't stopping the flow after a minute or two, you may need a couple of stitches. I've cut myself with Xactos a handful of times, and ended up getting stitches each time...buggers are sharp!
Or you could pretend you're in an Xtreme! adventure race and just hit it with a couple of drops of superglue.
Usually only works on a laceration. Filet o' finger will probably require something else.superglue actually works great!!! stings a little but it really works
yeah, we went to the ER... the experienced nurse had trouble getting it to stop bleeding, so I guess going was smart. Especially since my woman would've been pissed if I made the decision to go at 2am.Hmm, it's been more than 30 minutes.
fine, here's a pic...Well, that's all ok, but if you don't post any pics, we're gonna call bull$h!t... TC
Cuz there's no point, and if you apply prolonged direct contact with ice it'll do more harm than good. Why don't you ice a cut ? Just curious.
yeah, one year ago next week.Is the knee pic from your surgury? You know the only reason why they staples the two small incisions is so they could charge you $300/staple.
