Dumb q? how do you down load video clips that I have recorded.
When I try it tells me there was an error.
Do I have to change the format or size if so how do I do it.

Is it possible to add embedded You Tube videos to a post? I tried using the embedded code provided form You Tube for a video but it did not work.

Nope, there are no HTML privileges. You have to just link them.
