does anyone know if it will move my bars forward if i lower my forks from 100mm to 80mm? ht angle if my bike now is" 70 with a fork thats 465mm" is what the site says but idk what my DJ1 measures

Not enough to really make a difference. The change in height of your front end will make you feel like you're over the front more though.

ill be lowering forks to 80mm and ill also be getting bars with about 20mm more rise... do you think it could make up to 15mm of difference?

well im more talking about a horizontal change like if a did the above and then got a stem thats 15mm shorter,....

This tool comes in handy when trying to figure out the geometry of a bike w/different fork lengths..
