good morning monkeys, I hate mornings
Happy Wednesday with rain, monkeys! Rain rain rain. Rain made me run on the treadmill last night (8.4 miles). The more I run outside, the more painful it is to get back on a treadmill. But it's got to be done.
I've got three hours of "leadership training" this morning. Meh. At least it gets me away from my desk and phone for a while.

Taking my daughter to her first day of Pre-K today. It's a 1/2 day program done in the local school district. Same school I went through, I'm pretty excited to smell the old smells, maybe some kid will puke and I'll get to smell that minty powder stuff, or I'll get to use the child sized urinals.
It's nice to see young whippersnappers up early and with energy.im up at the latest 6am every day so why the hell not

Back from Peru. Lots of great hiking, unbelievable views (seriously, no photos will ever do justice to the scale of hiking through the Andes), and even survived a thunder and lightning snowstorm, along with ~60mph wind gusts, at 15,000 ft.
Awesome. It's weird to be in street clothes and sneakers, not to mention showered and shaved.
