what about some off chance that there's a car accident, and a pregnant mother in one of the vehicles miscarries? is it justifiable homicide to kill the driver of the other car?

I was reading something on HuffPo (don't have the drive to actually find it at the moment...) that was along the lines of "introduce the most batsh*t crazy piece of legislation you can, see it defeated, then introduce something slightly less retarded but still pretty batsh*t crazy and say, "See, at least this isn't as insane as Senator X's bill!!! We're the sane ones!! Vote for this one! No...really!!""
I think the article had to do with prosecutions for miscarriages actually...
"For all the ridiculous paranoia on the right about creeping 'sharia law,' here we see a Republican plan at the state level to make it legal to assassinate medical professionals as part of a larger culture war."
Quoted for common sense.
Because it totally makes sense to force idiots to deliver children that they have neither the financial or mental capability to care for. South Dakota will reap what it sews. Does this mean God can be killed when a woman has a miscarriage?
