Running a Hutchinson Spider 2.3 Airlight on the front, and even after 50 miles it still is not straight on the rim. I think the tire is actually a factory second. I've used plenty of Kevlar beaded tires before and never had this problem, anybody else run into this?

Is it centered on the rim? Check to see if the concentric line above the bead is visible and equal all the way around on both sides. If it is not, deflate the tire and put a little soapy water on the beads then re-inflate. Inflate slowly and watch to see if the tire is coming up evenly.

I've had a few DH tires (Intense, maybe a Kenda or Mich as well) that were just a little crooked. A little disconcerting while riding, but never had a problem from it. Could only see it, not feel it.
