Even after two days of sub-zero temps, I still want a couple more months...mostly for the snow.

I am having too much fun playing in the snow & I even have some sweet single track (15+ miles) right out my back door & sailing lessons on Lake Michigan this summer to look forward too.

So I guess it is 1 month (give or take a week) & counting here in the Great White North.

Sounds like you two moved to a great area!

As for us here, well, I hope summer comes slowly. While we've been in a drought for years now, we've gotten so much snow in the mountains that a fast melt off would create serious flooding problems.

It's (hopefully) gonna be a long mud season here... and I invite y'all to come white water raft or kayak this summer :)

Still lots of skiing left this winter. As soon as it starts to get warm, I'll start itching to ride again. Right now though I am enjoying the cold weather. I don't think I'd be happy living where it's warm year round.

If we don't get this much snow next winter, we may move again.

The great thing is all the xc skiing I have been doing has kept me in great shape, so I am thinking this summer may be my best biking season ever.
