Bush talking to the public like he is trying to debate his point to someone who just doesnt understand. We understand Bush, we just dont agree! He always has this aggravated, whiney tone to his voice and a facial expression like this:

i think they should require his speeches to be broadcast in the mst3k format.

The public was dumb enough to elect him, you can't expect them to understand complicated issues unless you talk s l o w l y. At least that is what Jr's staff try with him.

It's all in the delivery. I still remember when Dubya made the announcement on the tube to Saddam warning that if he didn't surrender the US would invade. I think that's the last time I felt I could believe what he was saying.

Since then, he looks more like a highschool student trying to wing a presentation the he didn't prepare for.

What-EVER!

To be honest, I'm not sure if he is trying to convince the American people or if he is trying to convince himself...

He's not try to convince anybody...he just genuinely doesn't understand what he's been told to tell people. It's not like this is something new, he was like this during the electoral debates, and his whole life...this is what the American people wanted. Sigh.
