What a shame... I've spent thousands of hours volunteering with the mentally and physically challenged and there is NO excuse for this. I hope that this poor kid gets enough of a settlement that he can be taken care of for the rest of his life. Og course, knowing Dayton (my mom grew up there and I still have some family there as well)... knowing Dayton the parents will probably squander the money on a lifted truck with a "general lee" air horn, a years supply of coors light and a "b*tchin" bass boat.
You guys are being a bit harsh. If you can't freely tase retards, then who can you freely tase? It's stuff like this that leads to the breakdown of civil society. What's next, no tasing people in wheelchairs. Wake-up sheeple!
