I know what to say about this story. Waste of print, ink, electrons, time, blah, blah blah.

Vaughn said parents of disabled students can, by law, request a change in their childs individual education plan, which could include a drivers ed exemption. But teachers and students said that is a little-known option, and that they have been told drivers ed is required to graduate.
you can request a change to your child's individual education plan... kinda like saying that your kid doesn't have to take history since he's with his dad on sabatical looking at midieval churches. how much paperwork do you think you have to do just to get that accomplished?
