I'm addicted to soda pop and crappy food.....Been trying to break myself of consuming all this junk, but I can't seem to do it. The more I ride, the more I want sugar.....Any suggestions?
i used to drink 2-4 regular sodas a day.. now ill soda in mixed drink or for a chase, thats it.. just gotta ween yourself off it. as for the food. thats harder break because of conveince.
