Hey guys, I wanted to share my new place I just got. I am going to start moving in after work today. It has a great place for my bikes under the stairs and what is really nice is that it’s a loft studio. The sleeping area is upstairs with the bathroom and walk in closet. Anyways, here are some before move in pictures:

How much are you guys paying for rent in a studio? I live in Santa Cruz CA - I am paying $875 with utilities included.
