I bought one of those axles direct from Azonic once... took over a month to get here. it's going to be forever, but they will send it. If you need one right away check AE Bike.

Doo you need the 12mm to 10mm stepdown axle or the straight 12mm?

Another resource for locating phone numbers is in bike magazines...it seems Azonic advertises a lot in various mtb mags & their number is typically located on the ad. :thumb:

also...if you pick up your phone and punch in 4 1 1 .....somebody actually answers it....and then you ask them a question....and they tell you the answer.....

Azonic rocks. I just called and ordered an Outlaw rear wheel. He said usually they dont split a set but he would hook me up. I have always had good CS with Azonic.

I can sell you a brand new Azonic axle that you need. $12 shipped to you. Say yes & it will go out tomorrow Priority Mail.

I have been calling those guys for 2 weeks about warrantying out shock bushings for my Saber & they still have not returned calls. Even my LBS has been trying them with no luck.

I have never had a problem ordering from Azonic. And over the 4 years or so, I have always gotten someone on the phone. Might not be the person I want but never have I rung that number and it gone through to voice mail. They must not like you :D
