It's a manufacturing package that they can't seem to comprehend how it should work even though they have 20 years in the company. It's like a new system makes you forget how everything works.
Does somebody need a cookie?

Progress running on Linux. No wait. Progress wouldn't work because it locked to many files so now it is Postgress that isn't running real time. I don't get it. How many companies are running Linux on production boxes anyway?Knuckleslammer said:

Oh yea, just a glimpse of what's to come, we're upgrading our ERP system over the next several weeks, the current product doesn't work the way we want it to but at least it works, nobody seems to know what will happen with the new system.
