My Great uncle had a tax company, which he has now retired from, that has been doing taxes for me for as long as I have had to file taxes. I had them do all my business stuff last year, and they were supposed to fix up my quickbooks file. They never get back to me, I have to try and contact them multiple times, etc.

Good family friend or not, that sh!t doesn't fly with me. There will probably be repercussions coming down from my moms side of the family, but oh well.

They have worked with my family for years and years and years, and I belive it was started by my family. I feel kind of bad about it, but if they treat me like dog poo, why should I stay?
