Guess I'm doing something right. 18.8% raise.
I'm so buying a new bike, and a WRX.

or...

Setting aside more money for savings, realistically.

Congrats.
Thats a pretty fat raise, especially in this climate.
What are you going to get for a new bike?
I know that Subaru is giving away loans, so this is a great time to buy.

Stoney, I think it is time to hold a Bay Area RM Holiday Party at your place.

I don't do loans. I'll be setting aside the funds for savings. Maybe I can save up enough to buy an 09 WRX in two years. Interest in my friend, interest is my friend.

A round of drinks at the Zeitgeist?
Do you not remember the looks the dirty emo, wanna-be messengers gave me the last time we were there? It will be far worse now that I am full on suit.

But then again, a round for the bar will cost $7...

I went to Agnostic Front with TheMontashu, and a short dude in a red leather jacket said I looked like an undercover cop.

Looking into the mirror, I did!

Of course, I wish I had told that guy, because he was so short and ugly, "Hey I thought you were a dy*e!"

Iab: I'm somewhat niche at my firm. I have a financial background, and a strong understanding of the healthcare sector, and I am our only west coast employee that knows this. I also am very good at building relationships within this niche. They also one that I was interviewed by a competitor. They have a lot nvested in me, so they want to keep me around.
Nick: I have a 4% fxed rate, FDIC insured savings account. While not high, far better than other options.

No. Financial Software Sales.
Bike: Who knows. I'd like a new set of Fulcrum Racing 1 wheels for my roadie, along with a carbon bar and post, AND a set of Look Carbon/Ti pedals.
I'd also like to lighten up my current NRS with a Talas and some carbon bars. Then again, I'd LOVE a nice long-travel trail/race bike...
So many choices...
