I say start hucking monkeys. What's the worst that could happen?
I approved of you helping MH out.N8 said:Nothing from the folks at Competive Cyclist?
I haven't heard anything from them here... you might call.
Am I correct in assuming from N8's comment you applied or are looking into working at Competitive Cyclist? If so that's great. I was there last week and heard the comment that they are needing more people to process orders.MunkeeHucker said:My mid-life crisis continues, I just told the Boss I longer have the desire to work here anymore, all though I have nothing lined up yet my last day will be may 5th, at least I'll have more time to ride....

Yeah Camp is awesome, a pain in the butt to get signed in and all (I remember the "good old days" of just being able to drive on)...but totally awesome single track. Unfortunately I haven't been out there in almost a year.............:angry:N8 said:I Approve of riding at Camp Roberson!

Yeah and you suck.N8 said:I have no problems... I have a DoD sticker on my vehicle and a DoD ID card... so I just flash it and drive on thru.
Good luck. Remember, a quick way to kill your love of cycling is to work in the bike biz. That's true for some, but if you're like the others, it's exactly the opposite effect. I personally can't imagine ever doing anything else, I can't get enough.MunkeeHucker said:I sent them a resume through N8 and through Monster but have heard nothing, ....yet
