I know riding outdoors is the best but this machine looks to simulate the real thing fairly well.

Ricky Carmichael has just signed to endorse it.

personally i think a giant treadmill with rocks glued to it and an airbag kit to bounce around the riding platform would be even better, but that bike thing does look alright

What's the trick with the trixter? Not trying to look stupid?

Things like that remind me of all the people I see in windowed gyms around here on nordic tracks when there's 3 feet of snow on the ground and the sun is out.

Yea, like the demo for the HOPEY steering damper. I tried it at a 24 hrs. race. Damn cool. You got up on the platform bolted to a treadmill. You then had handlebars mounted to a thing that connected to a Z.1 He started up the treadmill and you could bounce through little rock gardens with the damper on or off. Wouldn't that rock to have one in the house?

Because somtimes you got to sell out to eat out... we all know that. Did check it out at Sea Otter it was ok. Not enough to want to fork out the dough. Would rather buy a nice real bike instead.

Fortunately for us here in Tahoe, we never really have a "winter" so to speak.

We just call it shoveling season.
