Wild rabbit, boar, deer, pheasant.
Trompet de la mort, Chanterelles, Ceps, Girolles, Pleurottes.
Blueberries, Blackberries, Raspberries, Alpine Strawberries.
Harvest time for the vineyards. Plenty good wines available.

What can't you do with this season's produce?

We go from light eating to comforting foods, but with a huge range of produce coming into season.

I love this time of year.

I love Autumn food too!!! I haven't had any luck in the deer department the past few years, but I am hoping to change that this year! Any great venison recipes you want to share?

Fall harvest is good but most berries aren't fall fruits. Rosehips maybe?
