i mean, why would kerry release his military records? look at the havoc it's wreaked w/ W?

BTW, anyone know why he hasn't released his military records?
or why hasn't Maria Teresa Thiersten Simoes-Ferreira Heinz Kerry released her tax records?

I think we all pretty much know why he hasn't... nothing in there that can help him. They can only sink him further.

They ARE irrelevant to a Presidential campaign - both sides should be criticised for basically ignoring the actual 'issues' for the most part. Only now has Iraq become an actual issue. And now Bush is trying to stop Kerry talking about Iraq using the old 'It's not Patriotic to criticise me!' routine.

He's basically saying it's wrong to qustion his judgement. Its getting awfully close to 'Discussion is bad!' - then it'd be 'Democracy is weakness!'
He'll probably refuse to debate the issue any more on the grounds that it 'might harm the war effort'. The guy does seem to go out of his way to avoid actually talking about anything.
