I'd put this in the 'Tech' area but Tenchio doesn't seem to hang around much anymore so I put it here..

I need one of those rectangle shaped images that tells you to "get IE here" or whatever. I can't find anything on the microsoft site even though I know they have them....

Corporate and product logos and their terms of use can usually be found with the "legal" mumbojumbo: trademarks, copyrights, etc. In this case, I followed the "Legal" link at the very bottom of the Microsoft page.
