Hi I'm Phil, I introduced myself when I moved here a few months back.

I just found a goldmine of wood at a local building site, I've spoke to site manager and he's cool to give it away. Only problem is, there is not a lot of room in my GTi (which is for sale) but I don't think I'll get my truck before they chuck the wood.

background:: I have a few acres I'm building on...bike stuff. One of the reasons for selling the GTi is to fund some excavator hire, maybe buy some wood, but just now if its free its for me. Asking if you have a truck or a trailer and would like to make a limey friend and help out it would be much appreciated. The project may not be completed this season (college is eating my time). Any help will in time be rewarded. The building site is 4miles form the house.

Cheers Phil.

I'm on summer break just now, so I'm free anytime except this Sunday (I hosting a bike trials comp out here.)

Also if you don't have a truck or trailer but are interested in doing some building in the future, this Friday night/afternoon there should be a few of us out at my place knocking some beers back, and talking bikes, trails. All welcome to come...+ check the slope and input ideas on what to build as well (if its not to dark)

Heck yes!! Let's build. I'd be down for tomorrow but I gotta get rid of one conflict. I think I can swing it so long as you don't mind my dog taggin' along. Can you shoot out some direction to your place from Golden?

Yeh...hoping the input may help bump my place along....you haven't seen the line I started digging with the excavator...before I flip it.

The site manager requested that the wood be picked up when they are working...I think he saw my eyes light up when I saw the stack..anyway its so he can make sure we don't take anything they need.
