It won't match your blue king, but I have a silver salsa QR that would probably fit your frame. It is yours if you want to try it.

Front derailleur - why not give a SRAM X-Generation a try.

With calipers. Measure the inside diameter.
Or, since you already have it, put it on your bike and see if it fits.

Dual pull means it can be either top pull or bottom pull.

The seat post collar and front derailleur size MIGHT be the same, but they might not if the seat tube is tapered. Don't count on it.

As was said, calipers will tell you the size for the seat tube or the collar you have. You should be able to find out the size on the manufacturer's website, though.

Really? I haven't paid attention to the reviews.
They seem to be quite quirky in setup and which bikes they will work with. Guy on bikemojo just destroyed his on the first ride.

I would stick with shimano for front derailers.

What does DUAL PULL front mean?
Dual pull means that the cable can attach from the bottom or top. Most road bikes use a bottom pull where the cable goes under the BB while most mountain bikes have the cable routing down the toptube and pulls from the top.

XT is dual pull and comes with adapters to fit all the diameters.

edit -- guess it took me ten minutes to type this.

We've got one on Liam's Kona and set up was easy once we figured out how the shim fit inside! LOL Granted it is set up with a 10 year old kid shifting it, but so far he's had zero issues with his (but that's just one bike).

Interesting that setup is quirky since the concept for the X-Gen was that it could work on most frames and for various seat tube diameters too.

I was going to try one on my Karate Monkey, but on the KM there are clearance issues with the SRAM and a few other Shimano front derailleurs so I went with an old school Shimano XT front deraillaeur and it works great and I have no tire clearance problems on my bike while running it geared and without using Surly Monkey Nuts ( their fix for the derailleur compatibility issue).
