grilled corn is good.

made two salads w/ grilled corn in the last two days...the 1st was a corn, tomato and avocado salad w/ a lime vinaigrette, and yesterday made one w/ white beans and some chopped orange bell pepper, red onion, parsley and bacon. oh, and freshly squeezed lemon.

Try this...get some sweet corn still in the husks. While leaving the husks still attached to the corn de-silk the corn and then clean. Next wrap each ear of corn with 1-2 pieces of bacon then close the husks back over the corn and tie the end closed with a piece of string. Grill.

I agree that there are lots of good things wrapped in bacon but corn is not one of them.
