One of my major problems with the eCandidate aside from his rabid minions of online supporters, is his lack of anything substantive in his 20 years in Congress... I mean who ever heard of him before now? Wait... no one outside his district in south Texas!

I hope he wins the primary, he'll get obliterated in the general election. McCain can put up a fight.
highly doubtful... McCain is basically a dem anyway. Hillary can't win the general election even if she was running against a 3rd GW term..

ObammmammaaOprah might be harder to defeat but i think MormonMan can do it because this election is going to hinge on the economy and he has the experience to pull it off where the "O's" dont.

Governor Romney received his B.A., with Highest Honors, from Brigham Young University in 1971. In 1975, he was awarded an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was named a Baker Scholar, and a J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School.

Anyone take electoralcompass.com for a spin?

Bases your "match" on actual voting record of the candidates. Pretty accurate for me with my closest match being who I will vote for in the primary and the next closest being the one I'll likely vote for next November. Mitt "The Robot" Romney didn't come up for either one.

I have nothing to back this statement up, but here goes anyway ('cause that's how *I* roll...):

I'm willing to bet my leftover toenail clippings that the 'Merican "public" that see Obama as just an inner-city punk who dresses up nice, that see Hillary as an insensitive cvnt, see Mormonism as the polygimistic evil that will ransack the sanctity of marriage at it's first opportunity.

Entirely different train of thought: If I were Joe-Bob, would I want a guy that could potentially say it's legally, nay!, my freakin' right to have 7 toothless brides....or would I want the guy that probably had been in a few street fights and knows how to dish out street justice to the rag-heads....or would I want so prissy chick who thinks she knows best... The first two are sounding awfully good to Joe-Bob. But then again, Joe-Bob talks in the third person and believes castor oil is something you put in your Chevy...

Why?

Are you voting "anyone but a Dem", and McCain is too close to being a Dem?
yes he really is too close the democrats for me but my main problem with him is that the dude's a psycho... if you think Bush was scary.. you've seen nothing if god forbid McCain gets in the White House.

i just did it and it said i'm closest to obama, which i am pleased with because he was the one i was planning on voting for in the primary anyways.

Closest to Edwards, furthest from Huckabee.

I meant more along the lines of biblically violent. But I suppose they're too young without enough resources to be *that* violent.
