ya that does look like a little bit of a problem. just go back to the shope and theyll give you a new one

If you want to get this bashguard back to us we'd be happy to take a close look at it - in fact, we'd really like to. Get in touch with me at support@e13components.com and I'll hook you up wiht an RA#. If Loctite was used it may have interacted with the Tuffmax bashguard tabs. Or overtorquing looks like it may have been a factor, but we'd need to take a look at it. The cracks in it look like they may have been there for a little bit. If it truly is a "Warranty" we'll get you a new one for free.

overtightening is my guess.
The person(Not Me) who installed it over torqued it I think, did not see any signs of any loctite on anything when taking the removing the bolts.

i think opeth was using his supercharger as a plate to microwave a pizza on. the microwave totally screwed with the chemical makeup of the makrolon, and as soon as opeth tried cutting the pizze (while still on the supercharger), it snapped like the popsicle stick that unfortunately found itself underneath a fat guy.

I told you how it happened and was able to do it without going on forever. Plastic plus microwave is bad news, just like putting aluminum foil in a microwave.the Inbred said:

Just send it back to Jonas and we will get it sorted for you. Once in a great while, the bashguard material gets some moisture in it and it can become brittle when it is injected. Usually these never make it past the first QC check, but life works on a bell shaped curve.
If you had e-mailed support@e13components.com in the first place, you would already have a new guard.
Definitely e-mail, we want to get this back so we can see it, and I am sure that we will have some questions for you about your setup etc...
