I just went out for sushi with Joe Pozer and this is how I summed it up...

Saddle up the a$$
Stem in the chest
Face in the dirt
the end...

Very funny Claus... ;)

Most likley sweeling in there, get some ice on it for 15 mins, break 20 and back on. Will do you a world of good. Although I am sure you knew this.

That stinks man. I did kinda the same thing this weekend.
I hit this log sideways and slid. I fought off the crash so hard,
that I pulled something in my chest. I ended up just dropping the bike,
and walking out of the crash, but I would have been better off just hitting the ground. ;) I did the whole "handlebar on the ground, one foot still clipped in, slide in the leaves thing." It was fun.
Mines no big deal though. Hope yours is OK.

my elbow is pretty swollen up this morning...there is this good size lump on the side of the elbow tip. Been icing it this morning and taking anti-inflammatory.

I can definitely feel that I took a blow to the chest...my sternum is bruised a bit..but nothing too bad.

Hope the icing and anti-inflammatory will take care of the elbow and that nothing it torn :(

I was thinking about the geometrical advantages of that saddle. That may solve some spiking issues on your fork.

Every planet'x saddles I have seen, were always broken or twisted. I'm sure my selle italia slr is stronger

I bet its great for climbing.....

Is the Selle Strike Pro a climbing specific saddle? That seat would actualy be great for steep climbs. Do they actaully make that seat?
