ok well i know there are a few threads about this somewere, but i cant seem to find them...

i am taking welding in school, i already know how to weld... i want to make a frame... but first i need to learn to heli arc, i just dont think it would be to easy with mig or stick...
anyways...

i know what geo i want to use, im just going to copy a frame for the first time, i am going to see if the engineering shop can make braces and bb and head tube, i just want to see what i would need (what type of alum. how long what size ect.), how you made your jig or what you made it out of, and last but not least how much on average does it cost to make a hard tail?

Get thee to the frame building forum on MTBR. These questions and more will be answered. Seems like they have lots more people doing this.
