You'll need a web server with a FTP uplink. Once you send your JPEG files to the server using FTPle, Cute FTP or a similar program you can link directly to them using VB code or you can create a HTML page as a simple gallery using your favorite HTML editing program and provide a link to that page, again using VB code.
If all else fails you could search for how to do it, or read the help page. You can find the link right next to the bold vB Code headline on the upper left hand side of the screen you use to post a response.
Seriously I am amazed that this comes up as often as it does and from people who have a high post count. It's really not that complex, the hardest part is getting your file smaller than 102400 bytes but if you've been able to operate a digital camera you can certainly reduce the size of the file.
