So how does a freecoaster work? Why doesn't everyone run one?
I need to get one, then go ride down a long hill in the park backwards and act like it's totally normal.

I rode a 20 that had a FC a while back. I don't think it's for me. It seems like have you to relearn a lot of basic stuff to use one. It's def not as easy as it looks IMO...
oh yeah, from what I've heard the KHE geisha is the best one out now. Be nice if profile would make one...
yeah, i did some research and found that to be tru too.
i was getting one for my yeti b/c i run rim brakes but they were
out of stock when i was building it up.
anything new about bikes is fun, i would love to try one out.

Good luck really finding an orignal suntour coster brake ... as rare as orignal shimano DX pedals .
I have run freecoasters on my 20" before , come to think of it I have had most every production freecoaster out , ACS RL hub , orignal KHe , Nankai .. etc
The new KHe hub looks really well thought out and has a solid design , I'm tempted to try one too .

damn, i loved that paperboy song... i had that single on tape, now i must find it and a tape deck! "do the ditty if you want to..."
thats pretty sweet....i ran a sic neutral gear on my chase for a while...not as cool as a fc, and it's definatly weird to get used to
