I just bought a slab of tuna at costco... I was going to grill it but may want to do something else.

No. After my unfortunate experience with raw bacon I swore off fad diets.

Wrap it in foil with a little butter and some spices, then bake. I've also done the same thing with some butter and lingonberries.

You could also pan fry it.
