Everyone knows the replubicans stole the 2nd Bush election - it was just more calculated than the first. 
Why does it look like on that graph that Bush's approval was really high in the week before 9/11?

Because the graph is using a 14 Day Running average, any spike will look earlier then in reality. however it does smooth the line for a Much better presentation .
However there line for election day isway off. some one get those people a Calender.

I agree. it was the Democrates Election to lose and they found just the man to do that for them.
