A link to the website of the Brabant Cultural council of the Southern Netherlands. Their members include some fantastic printmakers and photographers with a passion for cycling and bicycle culture. The above link is to woodcuts representing both great champions and great tragedies of the Tour De France, in a sort of historiographical stage preview to the '06 tour.
For example, Ottevia Bottechia murdered in a ditch during a training ride in 1925.

A great rendering of my favorite dutchman, Boogerd after winning Het-Volk as well, for yer amusement

babelfish sucks at translating dutch, especially such heavily colloquial and french accented dutch, but if you have a background in road cycling or visual culture you may enjoy it.

If anyone has questions about certain story, I will attempt to translate for you. It may be funny though!
