My mom was diagnosed with breast cancer yesterday.
Will attempt a ride tonight, but its not looking good. Its currently 35 freedom units out and has been since yesterday. Needless to say, its a slopfest out there right now. Its kind of spitting rain right now, but supposed to transition into snow by this afternoon, so maybe there is a chance?

I’m disappointed with the pattern of snow here. CoSpr and foothills got goodly amounts but it missed Eldora (3”). 4” at Copper and bupkis at Winter Park. Pondering what to do today.

my parents are starting to hit the age where i'm much more conscious that they won't be around forever, so I've been making a point to visit with them as often as is reasonably possible so my kids can spend as much time with them as possible. i still make a point to call my mom at least once a week (on average its usually more).
