Do any of you monkeys currently or in the past had to deal with Illiotibial irritation? and if yes, what do you do to keep the pain away?

IT band problems SUCK! Basically, tons of stretching...TONS.

ITB stretches, ice massage x 2 days, heat x 5 days, ibuprofen, and time off activities that caused the over-use.

yeap. Its been diagnosed by 3 dr's as ITB syndrome.

I will have to do some research on that. I get some pain on the outside and inside at different times. I do not want a syndrome so maybe I can prevent it.
