When I used to use boobs, just any cheap light ones you can get, and add a bit of talc powder inside... thick tubes are useless, imo

I have always ran the maxxis DH tubes and never had a problem. This year I am trying out the freerides as they are more readily available in new in betweener sizes

I just run whatever tubes are halfway decently priced at the local shop.

Even riding Bromont like a complete asshat, I've only had one flat on my DH bike. Maybe I'm doing it wrong?

specialized 3.0 (I think they actually call them dh tubes now)

They're not thick like a dh toob but they're hyoodge so they stay thick without being too stretched. That with some stans in them. I've had one flat in about 8 years. But I also don't use continental tires.

regular toobz for me. You can't quite hack it up and slam into everything, but if you use a little bit of concern and 28psi in your minions, you should be OK.

I get about one flat per year and I get one free tube from Kenda at Sea Slaughter every year so that's what I've been running for a while now
