I got some free parts over the weekend, and including those with the other stuff that I already had laying around, and also some stuff my friend had laying around, we decided to build up a beater bike. The frame is my friend's 14" Schwinn Mesa, from 1998 I think. Fork is my 2000 Judy XC, 4 inch. I have some hydro disc brakes for the front but, sadly, there is no disc tab on the frame so we will need to use v-brakes (unless someone can tell me a way to make a disc work, or has a part that will make it work 
). I'll finish it tomorrow and post pictures!
