I just bought a FSA Pig DH Pro headset-Slapped it on...of course using the right tools...rode it around for a while, and now it seams loose again-i losened the stem bolts, and tighten'd the topcap down, do as tight as it will go(its cartridge bearings) and its still loose...any suggustions?

2 possibilities: is the compression ring in place between the upper bearing and top cover? Also, do you need another headset spacer-is it bottoming out before it gets tight?
Good luck.

Do you have enough spacers? Easy mistake to make. Some top caps drop too far down and require an extra spacer. Throw another one under there and see if that solves the problem.

I suggest you get with the guy that is going to ghetto cryofit his steerer and do yours as well. :D

Actually - my money is on you needing a spacer. That or the little compression wedge is missing or broken.

are the cups loose in the frame? If so you've ovalized your HT. It can result of improper install amongst other things. If the HS was at an angle while installing, that could have moved excess material. IT the cups are loose, look into a King oversized HS.

nope, i used the Park Tool cup press-annd i'm stuck using regular headsets-the deep cup ones dont fit in my milled frame:(

Doesnt the bottom bearing on the Pig go in the oppositte direction or something? Or do you have the sealed one any ways?
