It took me a while for the ribs to heal, and by that time I was rather disgusted. Last may, my wife had MAJOR back surgery and she laid down the law; YOU ARE NOT RIDING!
I perused the board a couple of times and realized it was just killing me and making me absolutely miserable.
So, one year goes by, and spring semester in school owned me, I looked at the bike in the corner of the storage room and the feelings came back. Then my wifes fatal mistake! She said were going to do something with Richmond Ridefinders that involved free bikes for 3 month and then you could purchase them for $100.00 after the trial period. I had my opening and took it! Why buy a bike when I already have one? It only needs to be fixed! (New rim, new body armor, new tires, new .)
And there ya have the boring details.
My bike is fixed! I got a new rim, and waiting for SDH to let me know about the knee/shin guard.
