I'll admit, I havent been my absolute best the last two months (major fam issues- losing two grandmothers in one week isnt easy), but attempting to quietly wedge onesself into a extremely tight knit workgroup isnt easy, especially when they've been that way for quite a while now. so, I'm not what they were looking for and definitely didnt fit the job description.
good news: headhunter firm that found me this gig has me set up for another interview thursday.
