You don't go to Denny's, you end up there.
At least sober.

I have only been there at 3:00 in the morning with drunk people.

¡Phoenix!
So then I got this idea about driving a cheesecake truck,
'Cause I figured at the end of the day,
I could take some of the leftover cheesecakes home
And I love cheesecake
So I went to the cheesecake company
And they asked me if I could drive a truck
And I said "Yes"
And they said "You're hired!"
So the next day I got in the truck with all the cheesecakes
And I drove about a block and I just had to have a cheesecake
So I pulled over and opened the truck
And I got a cheesecake
And I also took another one for later
And I took one to bring home
And I took one for my friend Farm boy,
And by that time I had
Eaten one of the cheesecakes so I took another one
Then I figured I might as well stop at my house
To drop off all the cheesecakes
So I take five cakes to eat on the way
and I drive another block and a half to my house
Now it's lunchtime so I eat ten cheesecakes
And a cheesecake for desert
I should point out by the way
That all of these cheesecakes were very delicious
Anyway I decided that the only thing to do
Would be to eat all the rest of the cheesecakes
And hide the truck somewhere
And leave town
And I miss everybody a lot
But I'm not really sorry,
'Cause they were very delicious cheesecakes

NJ also has the tallest rollercoaster in the world!
And my grandma lives in a nice small town about 25 minutes from the park.
I got nothin' against Jersey.

Over there somewhere.
You got to get past the hell that is Northern New Jersey, then you will come to central NJ which is gorgeous south NJ is nice as well(But for other reasons.) Northern NJ gives the rest of the state a bad name.

While, as someone who grew up in NJ (NYC born, though), I'll agree that the NJ turnpike, lined with refineries, and the northern cities give NJ a bad name, the rest of the state isn't exactly paradise. Kinda ho-hum at best. Move to California and you'll see what I mean...just forget what good bagels and pizza taste like.

I've always said NJ was a great place to be *from*-you're used to a multicultural population...heard every language and met every ethnicity...been to the beach, been to the mountains, been to farmland and been to suburbia and been to the city...and you don't EVER feel the need to go back.

My take on NJ, having lived across the border in PA since 1980 and have worked here since 1994.

North Jersey and South Jersey may as well be two different states. South Jersey is really just a suburb of Philly and North Jersey is a suburb of NYC. In the middle you have Trenton (no man's land) and Princeton.

I caught the Southern edge of that rain as I was leaving work yesterday. Twenty miles farther South at my g/f's near Princeton: nothing (other than the oppressive humidity).

Oppressive humidity is an understatement.
