Hot damn, gonna be a sweet Thursday night at the Ventura Theater! And then tomorrow night I'm going to see Pepper play an on-campus show. My ears will be ringing this weekend for sure!
I was standing there and that Art Alexakis dude from Everclear was like "these guys sound familiar" and Im like "Yeah, its a sublime ripoff" and he's like "oh yeah" then he got on stage and his band sucked too.

werd, they are an SB band and they play all up and down CA all the time, not my cup of tea. Everclear was almost rockin' back in the day with "heroin girl" but it's been all downhill from there.
BR will always r0x0r!!!!!111 but I am over going to their shows after seeing about ten billion of them.
I took a spill one afternoon on my bike and had a patch of skin missing on my knee. That night I went to a cnocert. I think I picked up a STD from the sweat of some slutty metalhead. Is that possible?

No I mean't the STD thing. I was looking back and your gay sex comment had no comedic value. It just wasn't funny for whatever reason. Didn't even make chuckle. I was somewhat disappointed.
Could you say that a little louder? I can't hear you because I've been going to too many concerts without earplugs. Perhaps it's time to invest in some $0.29 pieces of foam.
But anywho, the Rise Against/Bad Religion show was insane. I personally enjoyed the Rise Against set more, even though BR were the headliners. Both great bands though, and it was a ton of fun. There's nothing like the feeling of being covered in other people's sweat.
I always go and buy a bag of them and then forget to bring them
I keep some in my video camera case though so I always have them if I film a show. and a few years ago I was filming quite a few shows so maybe that helped my hearing somewhat?
Yep, the show pretty much rocked like nothing else. i feel tenderized, but it was well worth it. my personal favorite was Bad Religion, but i didnt know much about Rise against before this. they put on a **** good show as well. the opening band "from first to last" i think pretty much sucked but that s kinda what opening bands are for.
