I'm rebuilding mt Progressive 5th Element Coil. I cant seam to search yet. Can anyone post up any links to helpful pages. I'm also curious to know what weight oil others have used to rebuild these shocks.

Google actually pulls up threads pretty well.

try 'site:ridemonkey.com/forums [keywords]' in google , but replace [keywords] w/ your keywords obviously.
