Post Canyon/Falls Creek

Took off for the weekend and joined my pals Trailhacker and Snacks for some "Trail Ridin".
Was good times they gave me a tour of Post Canyon in Hood River Oregon. Alot of flowy trails with a bunch of stunts some big some small. Just a cool spot and the city was awesome. We had some seriously awesome grub at Horsefeathers Brewpub. Snacks was bogued as we watched the Cardinals beat the Tigers... She has a crush on Pudge so that's why she was voting for the Tigers. :brows:

Post Canyon stuff...

After a fun ride they threw a bunch of maps and stuff at me getting me to figure out what we'd ride the next day. Well i figured the last time we all rode near Hood Mt. i broke my leg so i convinced em we should go ride a cool shuttle ride across the Columbia River. There we all stopped and found some really cool lava tubes/caves. i climbed in one took some shots and climbed out of another, it was kind of dumb since i suck as a climber and was wearing my spds...
Anyways we finished a great ride and besides the annoying coincedence of riding with the sun in our eyes alot we all enjoyed a cool ride in the autumn colors.

It's been forever and a day since our last ride which happened to also be in Oregon (what's up with that?). i've been doin alot of big ole mountain rides it's cool to come down off the high hills and enjoy riding with good freinds.

this is one of the coolest photos i've seen.
Hey thanks man, it wasn't an easy shot in more ways than one...

i really like how the one rock stands out in front of the sunlight, almost 3D like... i had another shot i liked better but it just didn't turn out because i couldn't hold the camera still enough for it to turn out. i think i may need a lightweight tripod...
