Over there somewhere.
A hardtail, just need to decide now, put the gears on the Kona or put gears on the new bike. One bike is going to be a singlespeed, the other is going to be geared. Or do I go SS on both?

Set up both bikes as singlespeeds with very different ratios. Rig up the bikes together so with the push of a lever you swap bikes and gear ratio when the conditions change.

I say you make a 3 speed out of it.

With a singleator on the back, and front Der. with 3 rings up front.

or 3 cogs on the rear and one chainring up front.

I say leave the already built bike as is. Get all funky with the new love.
